At Eggspress Yourself, we are committed to delivering your egg cartons and poultry essentials promptly and reliably. This shipping policy outlines our process for handling orders, delivery, and related details.

Domestic Shipping

·       Shipping Rates: We offer a flat rate of $5.99 for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping applies to orders over $25 (after discounts, before taxes).

·       Shipping Locations: We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.

·       Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selected based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure efficient delivery.

Processing and Shipping Times

·       Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, Monday through Friday.

·       Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day may ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

·       Delivery Estimates: Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days after shipping, depending on your location and the carrier’s service. Our warehouse is located in Texas, so delivery times may vary based on proximity.

Tracking Your Order

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. Use the provided link to track your package via the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

If you don’t receive tracking information within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us at info@eggspressyourself.com.

Important Notes

·       Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an immediate confirmation email upon placing an order. Please verify your shipping address to avoid delays.

·       Fragile Items: Egg cartons are packaged with care to prevent damage. Inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues (damaged, missing, or incorrect items) within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@eggspressyourself.com with your order number and photos, if applicable.

·       Taxes and Fees: Shipping rates do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your location.

·       No Weekend Shipping: Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or major U.S. holidays.
