Eco-Friendly Paper Egg Cartons

Curious how yesterday’s newspapers transform into the sturdy cartons cradling your farm-fresh eggs? It’s a simple yet ingenious process rooted in sustainability.
We start with reclaimed materials; recycled newspapers, cardboard, and office paper scraps. These are shredded, cleaned to remove inks and contaminants, and blended with water to create a thick, eco-friendly paper pulp. This pulp is the heart of our cartons, giving new life to materials that might otherwise end up in landfills.
Next, the pulp is carefully molded using precision vacuum-forming machines, shaping it into the familiar egg-protecting design. The wet molds are then dried in ovens at around 300–400°F, hardening the pulp into durable, lightweight cartons without the need for synthetic glues or harmful chemicals. Just pure, natural paper fibers baked to perfection.
The result? A carton that’s not only recycled but also fully recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable. When it’s done safeguarding your eggs, it can return to the earth, enriching the soil for future harvests.
From discarded paper to your breakfast table, our cartons are proof that sustainable packaging can be simple, strong, and kind to the planet.
